I should excpect so! I love cherries. I just bought this absolutely nummy cherry sorbet with real cherries... and it is ZERO calories. Added pluses always make me feel warm ad fuzzy.

Don't it's healthy for you; in moderation. You have to have protein in your diet or else you will waste away and be UNHEALTHY. Vegans have this problem a lot, they get sick most of the time.

true... like in vitamin waters... but still your hair can fall out by not eating enough protein or meat. which is bad. Believe it or not even if you have those same proteins you can lose hair or discolor it.

Don't get me wrong... I don't eat that on a regular basis... I actually eat PB&J's most of the time. It gets boring so I eat pizza a lot too. However, I love the taste and texture of TOFU. OMG that crap is amazing. I don't get to eat it all the time though because I have such a small insignificant town with a asian minority of 2%. So I don't have oriental places to eat. Although there is ONE resturant that serves tofu. I go once a week to get some.
