Description
This is all primsacolor marker. Supposed to be Wind Waker stained glass style.*Din... With her strong flaming arms, cultivated the land and created the red earth.
*Nayru... Poured out her wisdom onto the land, and gave it the spirit of law.
*Farore... With her rich soul, produced all life forms who would uphold the law.
With their labors completed, the Goddesses departed for the heavens, but not before leaving behind the Triforce, three sacred golden triangles representing a small portion of the essence of the goddesses.

Holy cow! I love this! ... I wish I could print this out onto a giant overhead sheet and stick it to my window. That way I could have a stained-glass window in my room designed after my all-time favorite franchise. ^^

The delicate lines work really nicely with all the color and the whole picture is all in all well balanced. Little details like the stones on the castle's roof and the hips of Din are precisely done and a joy to look at. Awesome work!

Seeing the thumbnail, I thought this was a vector created in Illustrator so I'm really impressed by your shading on things like the water, clouds, and grass. Even seeing the full image, it's incredibly well balanced and I really enjoy it.

thank you so much! and no... i dont use any computer programs... just paper and then it gets scanned onto the computer. I really do wish i had a tablet and photoshop or something too though.

If you're a student, you can typically get an insanely-reduced price on Adobe products via their website by proving your enrollment in a school (if you're wanting to keep legal) as well as payment installments. Even if you're not going to pursue art at university or as a career, Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite programs are staples so I'd definitely suggest looking into getting Photoshop/Illustrator at some point.

I think it almost looks like watercolors so I'm wondering if using markers on slightly damp paper would work.

its all primascolor marker on dry paper. They blend very well, are very reliable, and are versatile. I don't use a colorless blender marker. I usually blend with a lighter similar color like... orange and poppy red. Β Although the technique you mentioned sounds interesting. I may have to try it out.

That sounds nice, I don't actually have any markers. I think it would bleed more on wet paper but the effect could be used to make things look cool.
