"I'm not really feeling like myself today." Bitch, do you EVER feel like yourself? XD

Other than typical depression... (OoooOooooOOoo woe is me!) I've been suffering another issue I've had for a few years now.
When it comes to food, I would not eat anything such as lunch, dinner or anything beneficial.
All I do is snack on stuff... Such as candy, dry cereal, chips and nature valley bars. (Those are my favorite)

One day, I go back to eating normally. And then a few months later, I go right back to eating junk.
Pretty sure it has to do with past experiences and my personal issues of course.
But again, I've had this issue for years so it "might" not be the case. Love eating snacks anyways.
