Hey!
I really these kind of pictures where you meter the light from the bright sky so the the other objects on the picture remain black and contoured. I think you messed with a colors a little (sepia maybe), but it came out really cool, the contrast between the wires/poles and the sky is soft. Try to leave the sky as blue as it is and affect the color changing only on the clouds and see how will that come out. (I'm not saying that it will be better , give it a try )
