Been a while since I did any Puffs. I had to return to Ms-Wayward 's tutorial to get started!Anyway, here is my SECOND Avatar Puff: Admiral Zhao. Created as part of my birthday pic for rufftoon . Not included in this individual pic is the MS PowerPoint-made cake he was standing next to. XD
