WOW amazing photoshoping...is there a tutorial for the stuff u do...I haven't seen anything like this...looks like HDR only a milion times better...please help...love ur stuff

I honelsty think it is HDR technique.
I'm guessing he makes HDRs from a single RAW. And with photomatix, Tone Mapping Settings at Very High or High for light smoothing and Strengh around 90. Then photoshopped it with High Pass Filter (Blending mode: Hard Light) and Gradient Map Modification layer (Blending Mode to Hard Light with mid-opacity) and then classic PS stuff.
If it's not what he's doing, this also works.
