Winter is one of my prefered seasons : everything is grey and blue, cold, dead by snow, and you feel your fingers & feet freezed ! But it seems this woman in her bare dress doesn't even feel the cold, she's lost in her thoughts in a forest covered by snow and as she doesn't move the snow slowly piles up on herself. Winter is just present for few months, but it's like if it's an eternity.This is the first pic of the Four season serie i'm doing. Next one will be autumn.
Text is in french sorry but as in Art Nouveau art there's always french in texts I wanted to keep this feeling.
The beautiful girl is `lockstock and thank you for her fabulous stock photos who gave me inspiration to do this !

Is there a reason she is turned away from the veiwer? It seems odd she is the only one in this series that we can't see the face of.

It's deliberate, if you see the whole serie in the single pic, it's like she turns each season. lol

You were inspirated by Alfons Mucha, werent you? He did these kind of stuff, specially the ornaments and symbols... I like her hair

Extremely well done! I especially love the shading and detail of the dress. Your backgrounds are wonderful also (I gotta work on my backgrounds - dammit... lol) A wonderful example of modern art nouveau! more more more!! lol

Good work, detailed and clean. Mind goes to the past and obviously to Mucha, and it comes back to present time for the use of CG.
I found quite a flaw in the snow crystals on the frame, they're quite ugly and naive, especially confronted with the main figure!
