I know the World Cup was a while ago but my friend is a die hard fan of aph Germany and Germany's soccer team so she was super happy when they won. I wanted to make her this drawing as a birthday present. Hopefully she won't find it here first uwu because I want to make her a poster of it.

I was feeling really frustrated with the background because I didn't know what to make it and then somehow things worked out and I added a bunch of freaking sparkles because I know that's how Himapapa likes to color his stuff. I haven't done Hetalia fan art in such a long time!!!! I need to get back to all those drawings of Iggy and Igiko
