not to mention they're doing a promotion at gamestop and other retailers to add extra preorder incentives if you're getting both X and Y, such as posters, figures, etc.

Most of the first mega evolutions I've raged about being awful, like Mewtwo looking like a sissy and Charizard like a "shit, shoulda made it look like this to begin with". But the X forms are thankfully worthwhile. Kept thinking I wanted Y 'cause of the color. I like red. I nom red. NO MAS

I couldn't decide between them either. X has the better Legendary (that i never use anyway) but Y has Skrelp. But i can just trade for that and i think you can only get this Charizard in X?? X it is!
