really nice job! first off, I would like to say, on the shirt not to do so much light shading, but instead, darken it to reflect a shadow or a reflection from the light. also, I would also recommend, don't put so many lines on the neck and straighten it out a bit to where it looks even with her shoulders. i would also recommend using a little bit more dark shading, like a light was reflecting in her eyes would also help a lot.
That way it looks like a realistic eye, but an anime eye at the same time as well.

Wow, this is so cute, I love the colors and the pose! The expression is super adorable too!! Her torso is really well done, the proportions are great.
A few things you could work on is the shoulders and collarbone anatomy, it's pretty hard because its a bit complex but if you grab your sketchbook and do some anatomy sketches to figure out the bone and muscle structure it will help you a lot.
The frame of the faces is also a bit off, the jaw bone doesn't match up with her mouth. For that, I would sketch real people smiling so you can see how the jaw bone works when people grin, and then incorporate it into your style.
overall I really like this picture, you really are a talented artist, so keep up the cute art!! I'm excited to see your next pieces.
