Aye, Yes they are. how much do they charge? But you don't mind me critic this.

I felt that you should do a little of enhancing to your work(editing). But don't over do it such that your image becomes inauthentic.

$60-$100 for non professionals and $200+ for agency models.

Haha yeah I do do editing but I don't change them once the final image is out. I do try and improve my retouching over the shoots though. (:
