Backstory:

Grown in a small human settlement in the wastelands of the former cities, Seymour was raised alone with his father due to his mother dying when he was only a toddler. Following his father and his career as a self-proclaimed chemist and veterinarian, Sey had no idea about his own future before his middle teens.

At the age of 14, nearly 15, Seymor and his father noticed the boy's skin taking in a shimmery, almost metallic shine. Soon the boy was reduced into a state of weakness and fever, claimed by the community doctor to be a clear tin poisoning. It was presumed to be caused by outdated canned food, but in reality the Tin element Seymour had inherited from his late mother was taking action.

The sickness passed, but not without a price. Although it had resulted in the tin melting into the boy's system, making him perfectly compatible with the metal, the poisoning had taken away the edge from his normally flawless eyesight.

Realizing the reaction had not been accidental, Seymor was decided to send onto Hazardous at the age of 17. Tin being one of the most harmless elements, he felt out of place amongst the Poisonous division and it's venom-seeping inhabitants. However, he soon began to research the other elements along his medical studies, mixing up solutions from different substances and coming up with a method to compensate his natural non-toxic state. However, even though the element did not bring him offense, he soon realized the toxins lethal to others had little to no effect on him. With his life with Hazardous, he's developed into a skilled doctor, and his research continues.

Weapon:

Wears a set of vials fastened to his fingers, with needles activating by pressure hidden inside them. Each vial contains some kind of solution, either toxic or medicinal. (Left side for toxic, right side for antidotes/medicine) After use, the empty vial is removed and discarded. in addition to the toxins as offensive weapons, Seymour wears a set of light protective gear under his jacket. If he has to, he relies on hand-to-hand combat and a pair of knives in his side pockets. The vials are situated so that he has to curl his fingers in order to use them, which prevents accidents and allows him to work on a patient without fearing of injecting them unintentionally.
The contents of the vials vary, and he often even mixes his own solutions.

Due to his slightly impaired eyesight, he uses a color code for his vials. This way he knows how to tell them apart even in the heat of battle.

Powers:

-His skin and insides are infused with millions and millions of little tin particles, making them conductive of electricity. He can act as a human cord, in case his protective gloves are off or otherwise electricity is conducted to his bare skin. This also makes him resistant, almost immune to electric attacks. It also makes him rather durable, but at the same time sometimes a tad slow in his movements. Especially on cold weather.
-Due to having metal-coated insides too, he has a high resistance to most toxins. Acids still get him though.
-Is able to spurt out a little cloud of metal dust from his lungs. It transmits electricity well and can be used to either daze/distract enemies or disrupt machinery.

Miscellaneous:

-Seymour has a rather pleasant, even soothing voice if he gets into singing. Unfortunately, this is really rare as he usually just hums to himself.
-He refuses to wear glasses, which results to him having problems reading stuff with small text or telling apart things extremely far away.
-He has a habit of squinting at things.
