The first thing that comes to Noiko is that he is a very hyper and friendly avatar, often getting excited whenever he meets someone new - even in his companion form he runs around in circles or bounces on spot whenever he meets a potential new 'friend'. This also makes him extremely loyal to not only his owner but whoever he considers a friend - although when it comes to REB he does need to fight or he will lose, which he does end up losing quite a bit due to his fun-loving nature that makes him just want to enjoy what is happening rather than hurt anyone. Noiko is also extremely high-spirited as it takes a lot to get him down, even when he loses he just laughs it off and says he will do better next time. Some would say he is a bit too pure for his own good, even as an avatar he seems to be untaintable which can be seen as a good or bad thing. Noiko shares the same trait with his owner; his cute face which can get him out of trouble or possibly saved when someone is out to harm him.

There is a downside to Noiko, however, as he is quite disobedient when an order is given, this is either due to the fact that he is rather excited by everything being 'new' or it could be the inexperience that his owner has. Either way sometimes when his owner gives him an command while in battle he tends to get distracted and becomes forgetful what that order was. Noiko is also very erratic when it comes to tasks, often doing many at once and never fully finishing what he was working on until later on.
