Personally I think I suck drawing doujins lol xD
Well, I can give you some tips, I'm not a master of drawings myself lol 8D.
First, I know this is going to sound repetitive but you need to practice, and you can get a lot of useful help with drawing tutorials, for the body positions, female and male body, feets, hands, expression etc..
you also can use some references, this not mean you're going to trace; is easier when you see some examples, and then you try to draw them.
At the begining use basic forms, circles, ovals, lines to form your character, background etc... and then go ahead giving form and details to the drawing, example: [link]
For coloring I recommend you the same, there's nothing better to learn how to color or use some digital program that reading a tutorial, practicing with its help, and experimenting by yourselve, and with the time you'll improve your own way to draw, coloring etc.
You can find many good drawing, coloring tutorials and how to learn use some programs like photoshop, SAI, corel etc.. tutorials here on DA and in youtube too
Of course if you need something or have some doubts, you can ask me and I'll do what I can to help you.

anyway, I don't have any tutorial, yeah sometimes people ask me about the coloring more than the lineart but I haven't made any tutorial about it.
You can find a lot of nice easy tutorials here in DA just do some research using easy words like eyes tutorial, anatomy tutorial, anime tutorial, hand turorial, etc..
