Yay its my fav character from Final Fantasy colored in my style. The actual pose and shot is like the original. I don't care, I had a lot of fun coloring this, and finished it in a couple of days. I haven't done that in a while.Anywayz, this was done for a friend of mine who loved my mermaid girl, but I had already sold it!
She will love this one so much more.

Paper was a cloudy printed paper, and I used Faber Castell Polychromos Pencils

Yeah but it was tough, I had to be really light with my hands or it would put down way too much blue

I'm a little funny, see if I enjoy the piece a lot its not as hard, but If I start to get bored with it and see areas that I could have done something better the artwork slowly gets harder and harder. So its not like its hard to complete the piece, its hard to please myself as I'm drawing it!!!

lol, I like that too in many ways XD I tend bored of my drawings quickly and spmetimes the reason is that it just gets too hard to finish it :/ It's annoying lol.

Gorgeous : D I think you could probably stand to make her shadows a little darker for constrast's sake, but the coloring on the hair really stands out. And her lips, they look especially icy. Nice digs.

yeah I'm surprised you caught that. I usually use black now to ad some dynamics to the shading, I did it on my Goddess of the Sea work, but my intentions with this piece were to use only my three ice blue pencils (minus the headbands)
