Thank you Ziaul for the explanation. It's heartbreaking to say the least. Hopefully India's new president will help fund more of these drop-in -shelters for the hundreds of thousands of homeless children. Great photograph

This is a sad thing to see, but misery should be shown more, at least as a kind of memento to help us remember that "the balance" is weak.
