Is GIMP good for lineart? I think I just need to play around with it more. Still don't know squat about shading.But enough of that! Look at these cuties! It's kinda funny how well Mabel's design transfers onto Derpy. Or maybe they're both just IRRESISTABLLLLLLEEEE.
I'd recommend Gravity Falls, but apparently anyone who even remotely likes cartoons is already watching it.

I'm not sure how great GIMP is for lineart, I mostly use it for semi-realisim, if you watch one of my speedpaints I think that might help with shading.

The animation feels like you're watching a 30-minute long Gorillaz music video,the two main villains are voiced by Mark Hamill and Dee Snider, and the characters are all huggably amazing.
We're finally living in an age where we can't tell kids how awesome cartoons used to be.
