LazyRayFinkle recently gifted me with a Core Membership, so I made him this picture of Nate Morgan from the old continuity of the Sonic The Hedgehog Archie comics! I hope you like it!

Although I don't like much humans in Sonic world , I think Nate was decent human character along with Topaz and Ella .

You know, I was thinking that there should be a reimagining/retelling of Archie's Sonic. I know it sounds weird, but I think it would be intriguing. Maybe calling this as Mobius Prime, something like that. In this version, the protagonist is that of a african-american human boy who is transported from the "real world" to Mobius by his father. His family were murdered by anti-goverment troops in Sam Francisco. The reason he was transported is that he can be safe, and have new life on his journey. Before being transported, his dad gave him a device that strongly resembles as a Game Gear, but its no ordinary one. Upon successfully transporting his son, the father's life came to an end as his evil boss had shot him six times, with the kid looking in horror.
This is all I can describe here. Now I'm sure that everyone would think this is, weird or silly, I mean if I am then yeah. I'm really sorry, I just thought it sounds intriguing.

But I wish I were good at writing stories. I just think it would be intriguing to have a human character done right, and not be like Chris Thorndyke or Elise. Nate Morgan was possibly the only good human character I've seen in the Sonic franchise, only its in comic book.
The reason is that in my version on Archie's Sonic is that takes place from issues 200 through 247. Only difference is that there will be some changes due to having a human protagonist. What's pretty interesting is that the Game Gear plays a big role thoughout the journey, since it was made by a scientist.
But again, I suck at writing stories. It's very complicated to me.

Did you know this guy was based off a character that would've been in the lost third season of Sonic SatAM? The design differences are DRASTIC.

Heh, good ol' Nate. It's a shame he was roboticized in Sonic #100. There are so few good Overlanders the Freedom Fighters can rely on.
