I will NOT start until after you have completed the payment.I am flexible with prices but will not accepts offers that I believe are excessively low for the work I am putting into the art.I will try to give time periods of which the artwork will be completed by, however, I am a full time university student so all of my academics will come first. I have the right to decline a commission that I believe I cannot do or that makes me uncomfortable.I will not give refunds UNLESS I am incapable of completing a commission.
