A reboot version of Ash Ketchum from Pokémon

For his new history, Ashton Ketchum has always wanted to be a Pokémon Champion. But he was always dissuaded to do that by his mother, Delia, for the sole reason that his father was a trainer and never came back, he just disappeared off the face of the earth, and Delia feared the same thing would happen to Ash. Though her fears were lessened by Professor Samuel Oak and his grandson Garrison "Gary" Oak, they acted as a father figure and brother to Ash. Samuel vowed to teach Ash all he knew and Gary would watch out for Ash when they took their journey. At 16, Ash would take his journey to become and Pokémon Champion and deep down Ash is also hoping to find out what happened to his dad.

Ash's clothes are made to be in preparation for any environment, hot, cold, snowy, or rainy. His large backpack has many sets of clothes and equipment and on the strap is Ash's Pokedex which facing forward can scan all Pokémon in front of Ash. I also added an idea I made for my live action Pokémon idea. "The Glove" is a device that makes sure that pokeballs always magnetically return to the trainer's hand after the pokemon is brought out. It also shows the condition and health of every pokemon.

Joining Ash is Pichu, a small pokemon brought from Alola to Kanto by Team Rocket for experimentation. It was given treatments that rapidly boosted it's power and made it twice as powerful as it's final evolution, Raichu. Pichu escaped the TR facility and was later found and cared for by Samuel Oak. Pichu loved Samuel but he hated Ash and Gary because they kept messing with him when they were younger like he was a stuffed animal. When Ash needed a pokemon, Saumel already gave Bulbsaur, Charmander, and Squirtle away and Pichu was the only option left. Pichu didn't particularly care for Ash but over time, they would be the best of friends.

I made Pikachu into a Pichu so that he would grow over the course of the story in terms of skills and evolution.
