Description
A commission by of Mr. Freeze if he lived in the World War II era. He made his costume out of an military diving suit and he made his ice gun with random machines and small cannons and the gun is connected to tanks of Nitrous Oxide on his back.Related content

Hate to say it but...
Nitrous Oxide would be laughing gas. What Mr. Freeze uses would either be Liquid Nitrogen(like in most adaptions of him) or Liquid Helium(like in Gotham).

His suit reminds me of Moltar (R.I.P.) only M's a lava monster and Mr Freeze isn't
