Ok so, i was still trying to come up with another OC and i came up with cyber. his electrical colours can change to any colour depending on what data is consumed.

Cyber was a dragon that was found a few years ago dead by a secret third party with extreme mind control tech. the company refilled the dragons body with electrical and ultimately a mechanical brain. they hooked the beast up to their computers and then activated him, as soon as he was activated the mechanical body sprung into action. for a few weeks they kept programming him to be smarter and think for himself but then someone kept him hooked up into the internet when a stray coder came across him and then reprogrammed him.due to his lack of skill he did something wrong. the mechanical monster went stray destroying the base and then running off in to the distance.

2 years later, now been code named Cyber by the government, the mechanical dragon has been floating around the city eating data from the internet and draining the power from the local power plants and has been heard to use data routes to teleport himself around.

Im really pleased with how this turned out i havnt had a character that i have really fell in love with but now i do
