time for another style change....One of the things I find most interesting in my personal work is the ability to try something new. This is another experiment for me. I've not done this sort of 'grunge' style in my gallery before and so when I was messing about in Illustrator last week I stumbled into this style and it kinda grabbed me.
Not original or different or anything, but different from my usual gallery submissions. I hope you find this as rewarding as I do.

Diversity is essential 2 life so cheers to the joy of discovery! Also a wonderful blend of symetric and asymetric shapes. The dotted shading is also a nice touch.

Thats really cool!! I like it a lot!! I feel like it's a lot differnt then the other digital stuff I see around here. Great use of colors and designs and nice spin with the words in the middle. Cool job!

I truly cannot explain what it is that I LOVE so damn much about this piece - but that's just it - I LOVE it, it's fun to look at - loaded with lots of little hidden treasures, the color palette is soothing - You hit the nail right on the head with this one like you need me to tell you that

BG is undoubtly bad, but im loving the "advertisement" look of it. Pretty professional but maybe some rethinking of some things. i dunno, hard to play my opinion on this piece

looks great, one of the first pieces iv'e seen where the copyright actually works as part of the picture.

I find this experiment interesting. Clearly, you take several "usual" elements of vector-art, and you play with them, you messed them.. and the result could be really great i think. But if i could permit a little advice, i think it would be much better with more mess, more "chaos" and maybe with different colors, more "grungy".
Anyway, i appreciate really the experiment and the work here. Good job.

I think this looks fantastic. Love the colours and composition. Great variation and contrast in pattern and texture. Illustrator is my weakes program and one I am hoping to do more in. Just goes to show I am too attached to photoshop...
I personally hope you will do a bit more in this style. Branching out is never a bad thing...a serious fav for me.

thank you. Illustrator, IMO should be used ni conjunction with Photoshop to get the best results. Stick with it.

I agree with you 150% percent.
The sad shameful thing is that I have been using both for over 10 years...not that youd know it...trying to learn here and really stretch and develop myself. You give me hope. Many thanks for that generous offer. Wish more deviants had that spirit.
