Seen being used as mounts and supply transport by (REDACTED) it is unsure as to whether these creatures are naturally occurring or were breed for their role. Similar to both Wyrms and Urokens this species possesses a series of color morphs for different environments. (REDACTED) have only been seen to employ a specific color morph, the varied colors could speak to this species as well as the other two simply being highly adaptable.
Possessing turtle like beaks and large claws, Rakados can be observed snipping off low hanging vegetation and digging up roots and tubers. Being larger than a horse and a head far more robust, their beaks are comparable to those of a snapping turtle able to cleave through flesh and bone with ease. Apart from their jaws, the claws on their front legs can be deadly, able to kick with enough force to leave holes in the trunks of large trees. Their tails also possess a series of large spines which can be used as a defense for similar effect. The size of their tails is due to fat reserves, similar to those in lizards such as geckos. [REDACTED] have uses the spine placement as a natural harness structure for supplies.

Along the head and back is a low row of spines which serve as a protection and to help with ramming rivals and predators.
