Description thanks to commissions i haven't been doing alot of fanarts here is NEPGEAR everyone.
i know it's late but i drew this for the 4th anniversary of hyperdimension neptunia
which is being celebrated by this group
 first game was released on the 19th august 2010 in japan.
i have never played any of the neptunia games but i have seen the anime.
originally i was gonna draw her with a different pose but decided to go with this
as you can see NEPGEAR(NEPTUNE'S SISTER) is holding a cake, lets hope she doesn't finish it before it gets to us.
