I just love the soft colouring you used. It makes the picture more unreal. Also, the observer can easily say its sidhe. I like the hair and type of clothing. Good job!

This reminds me of Miyazaki's movie version of "Howl's Moving Castle." (Normally I hate anime, but I make an exception for that one.) Gotta love winged men with bird feet.

That's amazingly beautiful. I love how the greys and browns aren't just... greys and browns. That made no sense. The texture is wonderful.

when I was very little, I used to think a sidhe lived in the park, which hooked up to our back yard. He wasn't an owl but just a moth-eating night bird, but he made scary noises! I wasn't scared though. Being heavily inspired by Narnia, I knew the Owl's were good 
He has a lovley face....both of them!

To be honest looking at your owl faerie alone, I would of never guessed that that was digital. The colors are so soft and well blended. ^_^ Beautiful work.

Oh wow - that instantly reminded me - in a very good way - of SGC Bearcub's Child of Fire fanfic, where she does absolutely wonderful things with Jareth's owl shift shape...
(sorry for the instant fangirl reaction - that can be annoying when you're trying to do your own original character...)
And objectively, is again a very lovely piece - the creative idea, beautiful inking and shading on the wings... Nice job on the photo incrustation too, is not too glaring.

YES. Finally a sidhe that isn't all glitter and butterfly wings and spandex ;A;. I love the detail on the feathers. I imagine that when he places the mask/staff on his face and lowers his hood he turns into an owl. I just get that impression. Am I close? The muted tones work well here, I think. It gives it a somewhat seriously peckish attitude. He looks snarky
