hahaha, I guess it's not a conscious thing it does look anime in the eyes~
I think a big part of anime stuff is the face shape, and this one has a more disney face shape, so that's probably why it seemed more disney

Yeah... Sasuke was only made for the sole purpose of giving Naruto a rival and even then he was based off other rivals, instead of just being his own character. What those characters were, I'm not sure.
