I’d think Pap would be kinda mad. If Undyne is swapped with Alphys, would that mean Alphys treated Sans the same way? Wouldn’t that be aggravating to him?

Huh, Swap!Pap behaves much differently than Sans does - burning page instead of whatever the hell Sans' telepotation was, right eye instead of left, has 300 HP.. interesting interpretation - same, yet different.
In a way it is kinda in line with my headcanon that, really, Swap/Fell/Lust/Dance characters are just the same ones but developed under different circumstances...

That's basic multiverse theory in a nutshell its the same people but developed differently. Take underswap in this universe Papyrus and Sans powers and personalities and swapped most likely due to Pap being the elder brother instead of the younger one. In underfell everyone has undertale Flowey's mindset of kill or be killed except Flowey ironically enough and so on and so on. In another universe you could be the opposite gender be super rich or super poor or even be dead. It's random yet also systematic.

Wow, this is amazing like always, it never ceases to amaze me the attention to detail and beautiful style you have, it's breathtaking how you can keep your art so consistently clean and stylized and have it flow so well. You take something that might be bland and normal and easily shown like teleporting by simply giving a little cloud of smoke or something and instead go out of your way to give it your own creative twist that makes it all the more memorable. The way you depict his shortcut is amazing, like he's not just moving from one place to another but tearing or burning a temporary rip through time and space that is so insane it makes the very comic he's in distort and catch ablaze. This is honestly incredible and I only wish I had half your skill.

I think my favorite aspect of this whole story idea is that Papyrus is taking this pretty seriously while the classic crew don't yet have a clue of how bad this can be. I love that kinda weary grimness in Pap's expression as he teleports / takes a shortcut.
