He is 50 years old. Heterosexual, lives with his wife Elizabeth / shark / and foster daughter Charlotte/ shrimp /.

He is the captain / commander of a part of the organization, which is led by dolphins (dolphins in their world are the main, even though they are fucking bastards). Like a shark can smell blood at a big distance. But having smelled its smell, he literally goes mad, becomes a bloodthirsty creature, killing all on his way. It does not happen according to his will and he often regrets what he did.
Oswald's main goal is to overthrow the cruel order of the Dolphins, but the dolphins themselves do not know about his intentions.
