Great shot! I like the grainyness and the old-fashion feeling. I also like the cat's expression, it looks like it enjoys the warmth of the sun
You might want to change the size of the picture a bit though, when it is so big you kind of loose perspective.

This has a lovely elegant feel to it, a sort of soft touch. It makes me feel really relaxed, especially looking at the cats face and how it's eyes are gently shut. I love the long whiskers, they are beautiful. My parents cat has a habit of breaking the tips and such. This is a lovely photo.

This is a beautiful shot. Very relaxing.
