To everything a person would ever want, but it's incredibly huge and hard to cross for a human. Meaning: You can achieve what ever you want if you work hard enough for it.

Yes, there is one that i'm aware of. They look very much like humans so it's hard to tell in some cases. Most of them have naturally more strenght and intelligence than humans, but the only real way known to identify these creatures is to look if they have a very small "tail" in their lower back. It is also rumored that these creatures are capable of telepathy, but i can't confirm that.
