Evolution: 2nd Stage
DEX: Using the rocks around them Obrootul can form obsidian vines between rocks making a protective barrier during battle.
Obcedar (Obsidian + Cedar)

Evolves from: Obrootul at lvl 39
Evolution: 3rd Stage
DEX: Obcedar specializes in counter moves and can change the landscape by moving rocks deep beneath the Earth which form into large spikes to trip their opponent.
