I've beem looking at the commentaries below and firts I would like to say that the comic is very interesting, two thumbs up, but you can not pretend to accept so easly something like this so quickly, having a stranger call there self the parent after so long, it makes your whole life seem like a lie, this requiers time, I know this is just a comic but this is a situation that happens in real life so pleas be flexible about it. Great comic!

I don't think that it get that excessive. It's probably going to be a tearful exchange with granny Smith or big Mac coming to break it up. But the shotgun would be a little excessive.

Same way she remembered the founding of Ponyville for Family Appreciation Day maybe? She was there after all.
Basically Harshwinny revealed she's AJ's mother and that AJ wasn't born in Ponyville explaining why the hospital didn't have the birth records. AJ refused to believe it. Harshwinny then showed her a baby photo of her holding AJ, apparently a one of a kind and AJ in denial and anger destroyed it then slapped her mother in the face for calling her by her real name, something only her mom and dad are allowed to say futhering her denial of the truth.
