Looks pretty good.
If you can, see about smoothing the lines a bit but then it could be a style thing.
Some apps let you flip your picture horizontally, that should help with symmetry problems.
In real life people are rarely perfectly symmetrical.

Her left eye is a small other than that not bad not bad at all.

you should "search" and get Paint tool SAI.

not completely agree on colors here, but lines are awesome

It's a great first attempt...far superior than what I could produce. Little more time on the eyes next time, they aren't symmetrical at all. That's okay for derpy but not for anyone else.
