Isn't lineless painting fun? Like, a pain-in-the-ass kind of fun?
But the result! Totally worth it, with your skill it brings the character forth and even if it looks pastel it still gets that real feel. Like with the glassy eyes or wavy mane.
I know there are still things to be improved but you're on a very good path.

I actually think that the hair is the weakest thing here

Tough enjoyment it is.
I think the hair looks kinda good and decent, if I was to point out the weakest link it would be the shading on the neck, is sorta off and a bit too thick. Nothing you can't handle though.
