My Little Pony - Friendship is MagicButterscotch and Fluttershy
These two I'm fairly solid about (also the Rar-Elusive couple). Not that I don't think they COULD be with anyone else.
This pic could fit pretty easily into a manga. "Fluttershy!" "E-eh?! B-Butterscotch..."

Fluttershy: W-well...Pinkie Pie showed me...something...that's...assertive too...and...I'll show you...um...if you want....
Butterscotch: O-Okay....only...if you want...
Fluttershy: *slowly whimpers, then pulls him in for a quick kiss on the check, blushing like hell*
Butterscotch: *kisses her back on the lips, hugging*
Fluttershy: ....I love you Butterscotch...
Butterscotch: ....I....love you too....*smiles and hugs her tightly*
