Technically, the planet symbols on their foreheads should only be there for a few moments after they first regain their minds... though Usagi pretty much has her crescent moon always "on" now.

BEAUTIFUL background. PERFECT COLORS. LOVELY FIGURE. GIVES A HINT OF HER HANDS HAVING WEBBING. All in all really cool. Just one major flaw. Her eyes. They don't look like the eyes of a liberated Jellax, rather, one still under mind control.

Aside from Uranus, all the Sailor Slimes have had single colour eyes approximately the colour of their human eyes.
The colour... what colour could I make her other than an aqua green? She's Sailor Neptune

With no references, my thought as I was doing this was 'Deep Submerge but mirrored' hence one hand towards the camera and the big wave background.
I was a teensy worried that I had made some mistakes, particularly with her legs, but it seems that my public approve
