Dear Zoe,
A few technical points (if I may) - the piece of clothing on the left is a distraction, either remove it or crop. The cable or string in upper middle is also a distraction - clone it out! The shadows on the legs should be controlled with a reflector. I assume you are shooting by yourself, so that is slightly more difficult.
The most important point is the sharpness. There is either NOT enough of it or TOO MUCH of it. Choose a direction and move there.
Otherwise, nice self pic.
