One, because I'm not into the whole "force a character into being whatever you want just because it benefits you" (something that seems more in Kin with with what the "certain characters" in the Rankinbass film would've done to Rudolph...since I know it gets overly criticized by "certain" rab¡t 1998 fans..)

But also, it feels LITERALLY FORCED.
Like, one, the whole thing about saving witches for a wish seems...dumb-ish?..(there could've been other things besides "being nice" for Rudolph to have wished for)
And it seems cruel-ish to make someone lose all of their personality to be a completely new person..
Yes, she was the villain, but warping her mind to be completely different person seems like something a villain WOULD DO??!

I feel like it would've been a bit better, and maybe even heartwarming if she was just thankful Rudolph saved her instead. After years of being cold and alone, not getting much love from anyone besides her gross penguin henchman, so this act of kindness from the red nosed reindeer gives her a change of heart that isn't in a literal magic sense.

When you think about it,

Rudolph could've actually been a character Stormy could've sympathized with. Not many like him, they see him as weird, and something they should mock and avoid. We know Stormella isn't exactly liked by the Christmas folk either, so there could've been a scene where they bond over their past, maybe having Rudolph remind her of her younger self.
