My first one piece oc. Wanted to make a marine cause everyones making pirates.Name: Crow Zaldan
Rank: Vice Admiral
Devil fruit: Jikan-jikan no mi (time-time fruit)
Power: Control time on single person or the world. Haki.
Weakness: His super lazy, and would rather not fight at all.
And every other weakness dq users have.
Personality: Lazy. Charming. And arrogant.
Would rather talk about beating someone to death rather than doing so.
Only fights if hes hit first. Hit him and suffer the wrath of crow.

Interesting, Can we expect to see Crow maybe in a story soon? I ask because as a fan fiction writer I'm interested to see the background of this character. He seems pretty badass to me, I must say.
But enough of that, great drawing and I hope to see more of Crow.

History: Born into a family of wealthy politicians in the famous town of Loguetown, Ronald Clay Hartmann grew up being bullied by all of the other kids. His family was one of the richest families in Loguetown at the time, yet they showed no interest in helping the lower class with their wealth or influence. So, as a result, both Ron grew up being resented by his generation, and he, in turn, resented his family. From ages 7-17, Ron became a βNeighborhood Toughβ and got into scraps with anyone who teased or made fun of him. He became distant with his family, and on many occasions, tried to run away. But one day, pirates attacked Loguetown. And while the pirates battled with the Marines, Ron snuck his way onto the pirates' ship. In hopes of finding treasure, he instead found a weird black/white striped fruit. Curious, he decided to eat it. And, when no treasure was found, he left the ship, just in time for the pirates to retreat back. The next day, while fighting a group of kids who tried to jump him, his powers kicked in. during the fight, his fist suddenly morphed into Bengal Tiger's fist, sending the guy he was fighting through a nearby building. Terrified and not knowing what had happened, Ron ran when Marines started chasing him. They eventually caught him, and informed him that he had consumed a Devil Fruit. And, since he had a record with the authorities, he was to be taken into custody. But he escaped. Ron knew he'd be hunted if he stayed on Loguetown. So, he decided to do what he was saving for when he was 18.... Become a pirate. Ron stowed away on a supply ship, and took over it with his new powers. He sailed for weeks, surviving off the supplies that were on the ship. Until one day, an infamous pirate attacked his ship. After an epic battle, Ron came out superior, defeating the entire crew on his own. And with the death of the infamous pirate crew known, Ron spent the next two years perfecting his skills and eventually started a crew.... The Bengal Pirates were born.
Dream: To one day, become as infamous as White Beard, and overthrow the World Government
Appearance: Has a scar going across his left eye. Wearing sunglasses. Smoking Cigar. He wears a captain's coat, with the design being that of the stripes from a Bengal Tiger. Underneath that is a short sleeved striped shirt, with the colors being Red/White. He also has on a pair of red Arabian pants, and a pair of sandals, much like ones that Luffy wears.

Ok so I have a really rough idea of where I want him to go. Umm some of ur ideas wouldn't work. Like the red and white stripped shirt clashed really hard with the coat.and the pants u wanted looked so funny I just couldnt do that to him. But how can I send u a pic of the rough?
