I drew this at work and the guy I was working with thought Tweek was some guy tripping out, then I told him he wasn't because I see the underpants gnomes too, and how they come every night at 3:30 and how I always have to hide my underpants from them.... He's never seen that ep, so he thought I was on drugs! ....again.

i have a question...what program do u use for ur art,cause i need to get workin on my computer art and idk what program to use.

Photoshop on the computer, it can be any version, cuz apprently people have told me I don't use Photoshop the right way... all that "layer" stuff I don't understand so I pretty much just literally color with the mouse like I would with pencil crayons... but if you ever got the chance to learn Photoshop properly, take the chance!
If I learned it properly my art would likely look 98546385 times better.
