Where they work. It took me a minute to decide where he would work, I was considering a circus or as a traveling performer of some kind to fit how colorful he is, but I ended up on an arcade as he is based on retro arcades.
He has a lot of energy and a cheerful attitude towards life, he loves to be around others being loud and obnoxious fitting right in to the arcade atmosphere, if you visit he might be ontop of the machines cheering on anyone playing, or he might be helping out kids, whatever it is he is doing he always has a big smile on.
