I got pottermore~!! So, I got sorted into Slytherin, though I felt I wasn't Slytherin material. After reading Rowling's description of the House history and traits, I totally fit in there

ANNNNND, the welcome message said that MERLIN was a Slytherin... Yeah, I was pretty fangirlish there... 2 of my top fandoms in one ;D

Thus, I had had HAD to draw this~

I put Arthur there, as a Gryffindor because it felt like he'd be one... and the Pendragon colors always make me think Gryffindor, anyways X3

YES!!!.. I got sorted yesterday into Slytherin too (SLYTHERIN BUDDIES!!!! ), and I went total geeky-asaures when I read the part with Merlin, I said, "WTF?! My sweet ole Merlin was a SLYTHERIN?!... Epic."

I'm in Slytherin to! And I felt the exat same way. It was funny, my best friend who was way more Slytherin type got sorted into Gryffindor while I wassorted into Slytherin. But after reading Merlin was in it, I didn't think it was so bad ^^

I'd never thought about Hogwarts houses for them until I read about the fact HP!Merlin was a Slytherin. Then I took a look at BBC!Merlin, and laughed at how it actually suited him. And Arthur's a Gryffindor, obviously.

The BBC merlin is definately a grifindor or ravenclaw, untill you realise he spent his life lieing, and that takes cunnig, and protecting others which takes ambition (I think those are the slytherin traits)
also he talks to a giant dragon which is so much cooler than snakes so he is clearly king of slytherins lol

Haha, love how we both have epic birds in our names It's so much fun there...... I kinda blew up my cauldron though while trying to brew a wide eye draft......;facepalm: I still can't cast a spell to save my life. I also felt so much happier that Merlin was in Slytherin, I just feel better now.
