Opinions?

I'm thinking of starting a series of mini-fanfictions, not connected to each other in any particular order... one would start like this-

He fumbled in the dark, his orange hair catching the glistening of the pale moonlight. Blue orbs stared through musical noted glasses, as the Music Meister crept over to his sleeping lover, a smile spread across his face. Letting out a sigh, he let a tanned hand graze across the sleeping face of the Riddler, who he'd become more friendly with, and Now called Eddie.
He couldn't help but run his fingers through that auburn hair, and listen to the sound of each breath escape his lovers lips as he snored away. Sure it was loud, but that meant he was alive. He knew, darting beneath those closed eye lids, that Eddie's magnificent ocean blue ones would stare back at him the next morning, and that alone made him the happiest man alive.
