Another background OC of mine, and another for a contest entry!

Shrapkernel is a matured Seedee that thinks Mixopolis should go green! But he thinks the processes they want to go through is slow and boring, he wants to take action fast! That's where his latest and greatest invention comes from: literal seed bombs! With just a chuck, these land with a hard kaboom, sending quick-growing seeds scattering! Sure, this probably isn't legal, and sure, a majority of Mixels, his fellow Seedees included, are irritated with his methods, but it's working, isn't it? Mixopolis is greener at least!
