Prompt 15 for Toontober was "Romance", and I knew I wanted to do one of the Amorluvs!At first I was doing Cheerub, with a "pie eye" with her heart eye, but that wasn't working out. So, I went with Passinova, who gave me an excuse to do the classic "shiny eyelid" for him.
