They also see a range of other organisms as part of a broader symbiotic arrangement even if they’re more associative or commensal. In short, pet-like. I say pet-like since the utanguis worldview doesn’t actually permit that kind of ownership of even animal life. They’re all “parts of Dozin” to aggregate. In this care an utanguis (with their ever shifting design details I know) has a biosynthetic organism known as a jilika hanging around them.
