Watched some Max Headroom lastnight n decided to make this today :3
The lineart took so long to do cuz i wanted it to be straight and im just learning how to use the pen tool on photoshop and thats just really confusing right now xD
The gifs i found on tumblr so theyre not mine, theyre 3 gifs made into one in a tv screen
