My aunt found him on the street when he was just a kitten,now he is one happy kitty with a big backyard just for him.

Since my own black cats have green and yellow eyes, I love to see pictures of other black cats that have orange or blue eyes. That dash of white on his chest gives him that extra bit of character, also.

In south of France, we call these cats "matagot", the legend says that if you are the first to give him food during the day, it will bring you wealth! ^^ some people add to the legend that the white moon which is on their fur, under their head is the mark of an angel's finger!

Awwww what a beauty. Also - congrats to make a beautiful shot of a black cat. My cat is a black and white one and he is mostly black... I am having trouble getting him photographed, he usually looks like a black blob with a white nose on pictures.
