i wish they had a proper reason explained in the show. for all i know their sole motive was to take over the world, but that is a bit lame, dont you think? i mean, what if they were afraid that fairies could abuse their powers for their own benefits (or just use them on others without hesitation, like Stella does almost every second episode)? i mean, sure, the Winx wont use their powers for their own intentions (well, most of them), but who said this counts for all fairies? Diaspro could easily use her magic to make custom-fit gems and sell them at high prices, Tecna has control over all things technologic (Watchdogs anyone? i mean, I´m the biggest Tecna fan I know, but i wanted to point out the possibility) and Flora controls the plants. this is one of the reasons why i like My Little Pony more: basically everyone (or everypony) has their reasons for what they do (except for King Sombra, who is just evil for the sake of being evil, and Dscord, who is the literal embodiment of chaos and disharmony, which, in turn, gives him the best reason for his actions: It is hi nature to act the way he did), and it is up to the viewer to decide which side we like more.
i mean, think of it this way: all of a sudden fairies are a real thing, flying around and doing whatever they feel like. it woudnt take a week for the first small group of people to start arguing wether or not they are dangerous, as the fairies display their powers basically every day: flying, different types of magic, that kind of stuff. i mean, take Bloom for example: if te people of our world would encounter such a character, with the power to easily recover from fatal wounds and melt entire glaciers with her mind, the last thing i would expect is overall acceptance.

Доспехи вообще вопиюще антиисторичные, да и прически Дума и Ана меня на той офф-картинке просто убили насмерть. Поэтому я сама на картинке "из детства" рисовала Ганта в капюшоне, а не в шлеме.

Пока ждала ноутбук, пошла на кухню и была настолько счастлива, что здорово ударилась лбом о дверной косяк!
Боже, он настолько вселенски красив и фантастичен, что у меня скулу свело от улыбки!
Прекрасно всё: лицо, поза, одежда! Это же была моя мечта - получить Гантлоса от Вас! Мечтала об этом с 2010 года.
